Last night I ventured in the gym for the first time in a good three or four weeks, having finally deemed that my knee is well enough for some light training to start getting back into the swing of things. It still isnt good enough for any impact training, so running about is still out of the question I’m afraid.
I didnt work out for too long, but it felt good to pump some iron again, so maybe this is the start I need to get off my lazy bum and back into my semi-fitness routine.
On the topic of routines, I’m beginning to question whether or not I’m going to be returning to karate. I already know that I’m going to be skipping the upcoming camp in August simply based on the fact that I don’t feel like that kind of thing anymore, but now I’m seriously considering dropping the karate altogether, simply because I’m getting tired of my old routine and feel ready for a bit of a change.
I don’t know, going to have to ponder a little on this one
