Okay, this is just too damn cool not to mention. Fuji Xerox have developed a prototype photocopy machine that actively deciphers Japanese text from an inputted document, churns out a Chinese, English or Korean translation and then replaces the original Japanese text with this translation, maintaining the original documents layout.
Pointless I know, but so very, very cool.
