Just who the heck are Mr Price clothing stores catering for? I don’t get it. I’m a large bloke nowadays, and I like large rugby shorts to train in because it gives me more freedom of movement for jogging, kicking and the like.
Makes sense doesn’t it?
So then just why the heck is it that when I try on a pair of their XXL rugby shorts, it looks like I’ve tried to squeeze into a pair of medium lycra cycling shorts instead!?!
And don’t get me started on the shirts either. Every time I breathe I fear that I’m going to lose the top four buttons!
Hmm, and it is only them mind you. The rest of the stores seem to have their sizing pretty much right as far as I can tell. Could this be the secret behind Mr Price’s low prices? Less material used is a few Rands saved kind of thing?
