Ryan passed along an interesting little read from MSNBC’s Technotica subsection, entitled “Twitter gets you fired in 140 characters or less”, penned by Helen A.S. Popkin, and which discusses the role of modern day social networking tools in actually getting people fired.

I myself have had the displeasure of creating an unsavoury environment at my last company through entries made here on my blog, so I’m all too aware of the dangers that the Internet holds when it comes to holding down one’s job.

On the other hand, being a stubborn mule as I am, I still don’t actually care – If something needs to be said, then something needs to be said! :P
