What, who, where am I?!?
Craig Lotter is a web developer based in Gordon's Bay, South Africa, who seems completely incapable of shaking off that pesky inner child within, the one that forces him to love all things animated or hand drawn.
The Rugged Rock of Craig contains snippets of his life, popular culture and all the important things like anime, manga, games and comic books. The CodeUnit of Craig on the other hand contains the more serious stuff like code snippets and tutorials, while the House of C chronicles his foray into the world of web comics.
For which it never seems he has enough time anyway.

Cat in a Cupboard

Seriously, these cats never cease to amuse me. This time it is Achilles who once again makes a grab at the spotlight, cranking up the cuteness by picking an aerial sleeping spot in my man room cupboard. Continue reading
End Carriage

Olympus Tries on a Dressing Gown

Okay, it is fair to say with all this blog coverage regarding my premature, newborn daughter fighting away in the NICU, not much time has been giving to the other, more furry scallywag Country Mews Lotter Clan members, namely Achilles and Olympus. Continue reading
Cat in the Cot

Anyway, back to the snapshot at hand. Despite the fact that we did buy our little white cot second hand and for a very good price from a lady out in Somerset West (transported back in Whammy’s bakkie with me sitting on the back holding onto it for dear life), it will definitely need to be tested to ensure it provides a quality resting place for our baby girl. Digger be Dead

The Cape golden mole. An extremely cute little fellow as far as I’m concerned, soft, streamlined, and oh so cuddly from a distance. However, it is entirely possible that I am one of the few people to actually like the … Continue reading
Cat Shot: The Hand Basin

Cats. We all know they are fond of lying in some rather strange and wonderful places. So let us take Achilles as an example this morning. Continue reading
