What, who, where am I?!?
Craig Lotter is a web developer based in Gordon's Bay, South Africa, who seems completely incapable of shaking off that pesky inner child within, the one that forces him to love all things animated or hand drawn.
The Rugged Rock of Craig contains snippets of his life, popular culture and all the important things like anime, manga, games and comic books. The CodeUnit of Craig on the other hand contains the more serious stuff like code snippets and tutorials, while the House of C chronicles his foray into the world of web comics.
For which it never seems he has enough time anyway.

Moo, Braai and Chill

It turned out to be quite the sociable and relaxed weekend this time around, with Chantelle and I kicking Friday off by heading out to Bellville after work in order to visit with Mom and the rest of the family in celebration of mom’s 53rd birthday. Continue reading
FIFA, Snoek and Keyboard Wizardry

So it was a good, cheese spread filled weekend of not doing much, meaning I’m all rested up for what could potentially be quite an important week for me – though more on that with tomorrow mornings post in case you’re wondering! ;) Continue reading
Warfare at the Parents’ Pad

So another weekend of Chantelle working has come and gone, but having now learned the trick, Saturday was once more spent in the company of mates blasting the crap out of one another in Modern Warfare 2. Continue reading
War in Nagua Bay

So this Saturday past I said enough was enough, checked that Chantelle was indeed working on the day and sent out a call to the boys for anyone who wanted to come through and join me for a day of unadulterated gaming, a braai and some Hulk Vs. viewing to round off the evening. Continue reading

Mirror’s Edge

In a city where everything is controlled, the only way to pass information around without getting it noticed is by means of runners, fearless free-running men and women who deliver data for a price. Continue reading

Okay, so maybe the title is a bit of a white lie as in all honesty, only Saturday ended up being busy as all heck, but after the sociable week we enjoyed coming up to the weekend, Chantelle and I more than DESERVED Friday evening and Sunday off for a change! :) Continue reading

Weekend in Review: Got Some Sun

Actually had quite a pleasant weekend I must say, despite the fact that Chantelle was working of course! But because I don’t have oodles of time on my hands to craft yet another lengthy, graceful post, I’ll just cobble a quick summary together, shall I? Continue reading

Breaking in Ryan’s New House

Which is exactly why Saturday evening saw Karl-Heinz, Terrance and myself (admittedly, I was half an hour late) meet up with Ryan at his newly furnished pad, fire up Terrance’s FIFA 10 and proceed to kick the crap out of one another in a host of competitive two-man team soccer battles.
