This fantastic icky sticky situation cover art comes to us courtesy of Stjepan Sejic.

From the official synopsis given for Grimm Fairy Tales Presents: Wonderland #6: “The relationship between Calie and Violet continues to deteriorate as they flee to New York City hoping to evade the never-ending reach of Wonderland. But they find themselves falling into the clutches of something much worse than they imagined. Something has escaped from the realm of madness and it is intent on making the big city its own.”

Alice: Madness Returns Cosplay: Alice (Unidentified) Cosplay 08 APR 2012

This unidentified cosplayer appeared at 2011’s Fantasy Frontier 18 Anime Expo, held in Taipei, Taiwan, posing around long enough for enthusiast Sean Su to capture some nice pictures of her in her threads. And while the cosplayer herself might may remain unidentified, the character she is portraying most certainly does not – it is of course the Vorpal Blade-bearing, cynical Alice from Alice: Madness Returns, the 2011 sequel to the cult favourite American McGee’s Alice, first released way back in 2000.

David Nakayama: Return to Wonderland: #2 Reprint Cover (2008) Comic Book Art | Comic Books 17 DEC 2011

2008 saw Zenescope revisit their twisted Alice in Wonderland scenario as part of their Grimm Fairy Tales line, with the aptly titled Return to Wonderland, scripted by Raven Gregory.

From their release note: Welcome to the other side of the rabbit hole. Calie has entered Wonderland and much has changed since her mother last visited this strange and terrifying world. It’s a Wonderland unlike any has seen before and the journey into this twisted realm begins here. Follow Calie’s frightening adventure through a land where nothing makes sense and madness reigns free.

The interior artwork assignment fell to Rich Bonk and Daniel Leister, with the original run of covers churned out by Al Rio and Tyler Kirkham. However, issue 2 proved so popular Zenescope needed a reprint, and to that end they turned to David Nakayama to produce this humorous and sizzling piece of cover art!

From their release note: Years have passed since Alice’s first fell down the rabbit hole. Now an adult with a family, Alice’s mind has drifted away from the safe shores of sanity into a silent world of madness. A madness that will not be denied and a madness her daughter Calie will soon discover for herself.

While the interior art was handled by Rich Bonk, the cover art assignment was handed to one of the stalwart cover artists for Zenescope, Eric Basadula, and as per usual he cranked out one VERY sexy Through the Looking Glass scene!

Talent Caldwell: Tales from Wonderland: Tweedle Dee & Tweedle Dum Cover (2009) Comic Book Art | Comic Books 19 NOV 2011

Expanding on their popular twisted Wonderland series, Zenescope Entertainment pumped out a number of one-shot stories based in their original dark Alice in Wonderland re-imagined universe, packaged as Tales from Wonderland. Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum is written by Joe Brusha and Raven Gregory with interior artwork from Axel Medellin, Salvador Navarro and Daniel Leister.

From their release note: A young teen is constantly pushed by his demanding and overbearing father, but what happens when the father and son find themselves transported to a world that can easily turn everything you know into a nightmare of epic proportions? The tables are turned as two men become three and one of them seeks a new kind of revenge. Enter a world where madness reigns supreme, enter the world of Wonderland!
