What, who, where am I?!?
Craig Lotter is a web developer based in Gordon's Bay, South Africa, who seems completely incapable of shaking off that pesky inner child within, the one that forces him to love all things animated or hand drawn.
The Rugged Rock of Craig contains snippets of his life, popular culture and all the important things like anime, manga, games and comic books. The CodeUnit of Craig on the other hand contains the more serious stuff like code snippets and tutorials, while the House of C chronicles his foray into the world of web comics.
For which it never seems he has enough time anyway.

Final FIFA Foursome

So Monday night was our last ever XBOX FIFA Foursome including Mr. Brown, who leaves us in under two weeks’ time. Of course, this meant we had to make it a good one, which of course translates into loads of … Continue reading

What, no Tales of XBOX FIFA Foursomes?

You might have noticed the lack of what was threatening at one stage to become a regular XBOX FIFA foursome report back feature, and you would be right – They have all of a sudden become scarce. But that’s only … Continue reading

Knocked off My Perch

Sigh, knocked off my perch so quickly. After my epic championship performance at our four man FIFA battle (chronicled here), and due to another scheduling faux pas of the optometrist visit on my part (I do now actually have an … Continue reading

Opinion Download… X-Men Origins: Wolverine (Uncaged Edition)

South African director Gavin Hood’s 2009 X-Men Origins: Wolverine film was okay at best. Thankfully the movie tie-in XBOX 360 game, X-Men Origins: Wolverine (Uncaged) is a whole lot more satisfying! Well, if you enjoy nothing more than clobbering, disembowelling, hacking, dismembering, slashing and beating your entire way through a proper action title that is… Continue reading

Controllers and the Boys

Last Tuesday I was meant to take a trip through to Bellville after work in order to see Chantelle’s optometrist for a long overdue eye appointment plus contact lens order. However, seeing as he is currently on leave, this plan … Continue reading

Danger Damen

Well apart from the hordes of players that couldn’t make it in the end, last night (and because I’m taking a while to crank out these posts nowadays, this means Tuesday 28 December) ended up being quite enjoyable – thanks to the discovery of some untapped raw FIFA talent in form of one Mr. Damen Oosthuizen. Continue reading
A Wife in a Blur

So I’ve finally managed to get Chantelle to upgrade and move from the always fun to play Burnout: Takedown, a well worn PS2 release from back in 2004, to the newly released 2010 Blur on my shiny black XBOX 360. Continue reading
