TreadmillHmm, okay so I’m a little heavier than what I used to be just a short while ago which kind of sucks, but last night at the gym it was kind of nice to see that doing the same amount of running I used to do at the same speed and gradient now results in a reading of having burnt about 30 kcal more than what I normally would have at my old weight so at least psychologically it feels like I’m doing more work :D (which is perfectly fine as long as I don’t see myself in a mirror! Need to tuck in that tummy dammit!)

So does my 320 kcal burnt mean I can have more jellytots now please? O.O
