Well now, it looks like Nintendos – Wii is officially coming to SAs shores at last. A year late, but at least it is now coming.
A local company named Core Group has been confirmed as the new South African distributor after Futronics (the previous licence holder) failed to renew their licence and left Nintendos future in SA looking rather uncertain (much like the Lotto I guess).
Apparently details of the Wiis arrival are still sketchy and Core Group has not provided a price for the Wii, but they are apparently hoping for an early October launch.
So does this mean we should start getting our nunchaku skills up to scratch then?
