Doh! Third time this has happened now, and quite frankly, it’s getting annoying. Finally we thought we had solved our resources problem, at last we have found our man, no more would be the under-resourced nature of our little development team. I would have my grunt monkey and all would be good in this world.
Except after finally figuring out that he is the man we want, after putting in our offer with the employment agency, our man lets us know that sadly in the time we took to um and ah and twiddle our thumbs, he has gone and found a different job.
Damn it.
So back to step 1 and interviews are a go again…
