Retha is currently down on a holiday following her teaching stint in South Korea, so what other obvious way to celebrate her return to South Africa other than to take her out to a High Tea function at the luxurious Mount Nelson hotel in Cape Town.
And that is exactly what happened on Tuesday as Chantelle and her folks joined up with Retha and her folks, and partook in the decadent outing that is a High Tea!
