Just a reminder that if you are looking for a lovely local family treat here in Strand, then the Belgian Waffle House (which has been running for a good couple of years now), is still going super strong, delivering their light and fluffy, extremely well priced, authentic Belgian waffles with a variety of sweet and savoury toppings to a seemingly never-ending bevy of patrons both young and old. (The girls and I are quite fond of their chocolate mousse in case you find yourself a little undecided and want something sweet).
Situated at 97 on Strand which lies in the middle of Beach Road at the start of the upgraded Strand Promenade, there is nothing better that having a little family treat, breathing in the fresh air, and then stretching your legs with a walk along the promenade/beach. (Well okay fine, I’m the only one that seems to enjoy that last part when it comes to my family of voracious waffle devourers).
